La Ritz Spa Skincare Policies
If you need to cancel a reservation or reschedule one, we require 24 HOURS notice for individual services and 48 HOURS on packages of two or more. The time needed for the service(s) or Spa Packages that you schedule is reserved exclusively for you. Cancellations and NO-Shows affect us & other clients greatly as we are unable to service the clients on our waitlist without ample notice. Failure to comply to this policy will result in relinquishing your current deposit and a new deposit will be required to reschedule. A valid Credit Card is required at the time your reservation is made. Please call 770-918-1380, if no one answers, please leave a message. We reserve the right to charge your credit card if the appointment is a NO-Show, cancelled or rescheduled less than the notice required by the Cancellation Policy- 100% of the service will be charged for cancellations and changes made within 24 HOURS of the scheduled appointment. The policy is also for Gift Cards and Groupon purchases.
To ensure the best experience, We encourage all guests to arrive 10 minutes before their appointment time in order to fill out any necessary paper work and change/dress for your service. Late arrivals will NOT receive any extended time if it impacts another client's appointment.
V-Steam appointments & any appointments scheduled before opening time has to prepaid for in full 24 hours prior to appointment.
We maintain a quiet, peaceful, relaxed and adult-oriented atmosphere. Children under the age of eight are not allowed in treatment rooms unless they are receiving service and are accompanied by an adult.
