Membership Terms

1. Six-Month Membership Commitment

By enrolling, I understand that I am entering into an initial six (6) month membership commitment with La Ritz Spa. My selected membership fee will be automatically charged each month to the payment method I authorize. The six-month commitment consists of six monthly membership payments.

2. Automatic Monthly Renewal

After completion of the initial six-month commitment, the membership will continue on a month-to-month basis unless canceled in accordance with this agreement.

3. Automatic Payment Authorization

By electronically signing this agreement, I authorize La Ritz Spa and its payment processor to automatically charge my selected membership fee to the payment method I provide. I am responsible for maintaining a valid payment method. If a payment is declined, membership privileges may be temporarily suspended until the account is brought current.

4. Membership Services & Benefits

Membership services and benefits are limited to those listed under the membership level selected above. Services outside the selected membership may be purchased separately. Scheduling and services are subject to provider and appointment availability.

5. Appointments

Membership does not guarantee a particular appointment date, time, therapist, esthetician, or provider. Members must disclose relevant health conditions, pregnancy, allergies, medications, injuries, or sensitivities before receiving services.

6. Cancellations & Appointment Changes

La Ritz Spa requires at least 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment. Late cancellations, same-day cancellations, appointment changes, or no-shows may result in the scheduled membership service being considered used, where permitted by applicable law.

7. Membership Cancellation

The membership has an initial six-month commitment. After the initial commitment, the membership continues month-to-month and may be canceled according to La Ritz Spa’s cancellation procedure. Canceling an appointment does not cancel the membership. A membership cancellation request must be submitted directly to La Ritz Spa. Nothing in this agreement limits rights provided by applicable law.

8. Unused Membership Services — No Rollover

Membership services do not roll over from month to month. All monthly benefits must be used during the applicable membership month. If a member does not use an included service or benefit during that month, the unused service is forfeited and is lost. Unused services have no cash value, cannot be exchanged for cash or credit, cannot be transferred, and cannot be applied to a future month.

9. Non-Transferable Membership

Memberships are issued to the individual named in this agreement and may not be transferred or resold unless La Ritz Spa expressly authorizes otherwise.

10. Gratuities

Gratuities are not included in membership pricing and may be provided directly to service providers at the member’s discretion.

11. Service Safety

La Ritz Spa may modify, postpone, or decline a service when a provider determines that treatment may be inappropriate or unsafe. Members should seek appropriate medical advice when needed.

12. Membership Pricing

The monthly price selected at enrollment applies according to the membership agreement in effect at enrollment. Future pricing or benefit changes are subject to applicable agreement and notice requirements.
